Brackley Leisure Centre offers a state of the art gym with over 110 stations, functional space, 3 workout studios including a dedicated spinning studio. It also has a 25m competition swimming pool, smaller learner pool, 4 court badminton hall, grass football pitches with changing facilities and cafe.

The role of Fitness Instructor is a great position to be able to carry out and be involved in the full range of the centre’s activities. Our fitness instructors are the heart of our fitness suite, not only interacting with customers but also being a crucial part in the retention of our loyal members. Whilst on the gym floor our Fitness Instructors will offer advice and guidance to help members get the most out of their workout, they will also give Inductions and Fitness Programs, in free times ensuring that our high cleaning standards are maintained and completing minor maintenance on equipment. Appropriately qualified instructors will be able to supplement their role with Group Exercise Classes and Personal Training.

The Person

• The successful candidate will be dynamic, show high levels of initiative and have exceptional customer care. They will also be able to ensure the highest levels of safety in the day-to-day running of the facility. Energy and enthusiasm is a must for this role as you will be promoting our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service you provide.
• A REPS Level 2 as a minimum working towards a REPS level 3.
• The position is subject to a DBS check.
• Be able to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
